Job Overview

The Billing Officer will be responsible for accurately and efficiently processing patient billing, ensuring timely submission of claims, and maintaining comprehensive financial records. Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and issue invoices for all hospital services rendered.
  • Verify patient insurance information and submit claims to third-party payers.
  • Follow up on outstanding claims and resolve billing discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate and organized billing records.
  • Process patient payments and provide receipts.
  • Liaise with patients and insurance providers to address billing inquiries.

  • Minimum of a National Diploma (OND) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
