Job Overview

The KYC Analyst will be responsible for conducting comprehensive Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks to onboard and monitor clients, ensuring adherence to all relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies. This remote role demands a high level of accuracy and independent work ethic.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform thorough due diligence on potential and existing clients, including identity verification, background checks, and risk assessments.
  • Analyze and interpret KYC documentation and data from various sources.
  • Identify and escalate suspicious activities or discrepancies to senior management and relevant departments.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records within our compliance systems.
  • Stay informed about evolving KYC/AML regulations and best practices.
  • Assist in the development and refinement of KYC policies and procedures.

    • Requirements

  • Proven experience as a KYC Analyst or in a similar compliance role.
  • Strong understanding of KYC, AML, and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) regulations.
  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in using compliance and screening software.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively in a remote setting.
