Job Overview

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to develop and execute impactful marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition and retention for Freshly Commerce. This contract role will involve hands-on execution across various digital channels, with a focus on achieving aggressive growth targets. You will work closely with our core team to understand our product and customer needs, translating insights into actionable marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive growth marketing strategies across channels such as paid social, SEO, content marketing, and email marketing.
  • Conduct market research to identify new growth opportunities and optimize existing campaigns.
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising budgets to maximize ROI and customer acquisition.
  • Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with product and sales teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business objectives.
  • Experiment with new marketing tactics and channels to drive innovative growth.
  • Requirements

  • Proven experience in a growth marketing or demand generation role, ideally within the SaaS or e-commerce technology sector.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing data-driven marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and analytics tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
