Job Overview
We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to develop and execute impactful marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition and retention for Freshly Commerce. This contract role will involve hands-on execution across various digital channels, with a focus on achieving aggressive growth targets. You will work closely with our core team to understand our product and customer needs, translating insights into actionable marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive growth marketing strategies across channels such as paid social, SEO, content marketing, and email marketing.
Conduct market research to identify new growth opportunities and optimize existing campaigns.
Manage and optimize paid advertising budgets to maximize ROI and customer acquisition.
Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with product and sales teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business objectives.
Experiment with new marketing tactics and channels to drive innovative growth.
Requirements
Proven experience in a growth marketing or demand generation role, ideally within the SaaS or e-commerce technology sector.
Demonstrated success in developing and executing data-driven marketing campaigns.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and analytics tools.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
