As the nation’s leading on-demand marketplace for lawn care, with over $100M in annual bookings, we’re expanding rapidly and are building a world-class conversion engine to fuel this growth. This is a critical role for our ambitious expansion beyond lawn care into a comprehensive home services marketplace.

You will own the optimization process from initial acquisition to final service delivery, leveraging data and experimentation to achieve measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive CRO strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of user behavior, website performance, and funnel metrics to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Design, implement, and manage A/B tests and multivariate experiments.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, and design teams to implement changes and improvements.
  • Analyze experiment results and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Stay abreast of the latest CRO trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing CRO team.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a CRO professional with a track record of driving measurable results.
  • Deep understanding of web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Amplitude) and A/B testing tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience in a high-growth, marketplace, or SaaS environment is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.

What We Offer

  • The opportunity to shape the future of a rapidly growing company and its core conversion engine.
  • A dynamic and collaborative work environment in Austin, Texas.
  • Competitive compensation and benefits package.
  • Exposure to cutting-edge technology and growth strategies.
  • The chance to make a significant impact on our mission to simplify home services.
