Job Overview

The Agriculture & Agro-Allied Project Manager will be instrumental in managing diverse projects from inception to completion. This remote position requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of leading teams, managing budgets, and ensuring project milestones are met efficiently and effectively within the agricultural value chain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle for agriculture and agro-allied initiatives.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budgets.
  • Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Coordinate and motivate cross-functional project teams.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and client expectations.
  • Report on project progress and performance to stakeholders.
  • Foster strong client relationships and ensure client satisfaction.

    • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture, Agricultural Engineering, Engineering, Agribusiness, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 25 years of progressive project management experience.
  • Extensive experience in agriculture, agro-processing, manufacturing, or industrial operations.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment.
