Job Overview
As a Field Sales Representative, you will be instrumental in expanding Colourfilled Industries’ market presence by actively engaging with potential and existing clients across Lagos State. This role demands a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving sales growth. You will be the face of Colourfilled Industries, representing our brand with professionalism and enthusiasm in the field.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
* Proactively identify and prospect for new clients within designated territories in Lagos, understanding their needs and presenting our product solutions.
* Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with a diverse range of customers, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering repeat business.
* Conduct regular product demonstrations and presentations to effectively showcase the value and benefits of Colourfilled Industries’ offerings.
* Gather market intelligence on competitor activities, customer trends, and emerging opportunities to inform sales strategies.
* Accurately record and report all sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback through designated reporting channels.
* Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to closing, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience.
* Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and customer service, to ensure seamless client support and issue resolution.
Requirements
* A minimum of an Ordinary National Diploma (OND) or National Certificate in Education (NCE) is required.
* Demonstrable experience in sales, preferably in a field-based role.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders.
* Proficiency in basic record keeping and reporting, with attention to detail.
* A proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven approach to sales.
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record would be an added advantage.
