Job Overview
The Admin & HR Executive will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of Talentforge Solutions Limited. This role requires a proactive individual who can seamlessly manage both administrative functions and critical human resources processes. You will be instrumental in supporting our growing team and maintaining a productive and positive workplace. Key Responsibilities
* Oversee and manage general administrative duties, including office supplies management, vendor relations, and facility maintenance to ensure a well-organized and functional workspace.
* Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for management and staff, ensuring efficient time management and logistical support.
* Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail, ensuring timely and professional communication.
* Assist in the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates and scheduling interviews to onboarding new employees, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
* Support the HR department with employee relations initiatives, including policy implementation, conflict resolution, and maintaining employee records.
* Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR documentation.
* Assist in the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement and development.
* Manage and maintain the company’s human resources information system (HRIS) and other administrative databases.
Requirements
* A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or a closely related field from a recognized institution.
* A minimum of 25 years of progressive experience in administrative operations and human resources management.
* Proven track record of managing diverse administrative tasks and supporting HR functions within a corporate environment.
* Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff and external stakeholders.
* Proficiency in relevant office software suites (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and HR information systems.
* Experience working within a law firm environment will be considered a significant advantage.
