## Job Overview
The HORECA Sales Manager will be instrumental in expanding natnudO Foods’ presence and market share within the Hospitality, Restaurant, and Catering (HORECA) sector across Lagos. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of B2B sales dynamics, particularly within the food and beverage industry. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing key client relationships, and leading a sales team to achieve ambitious targets.
## Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies specifically tailored for the HORECA market segment, aligning with overall company objectives.
* Identify and cultivate strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers in hotels, restaurants, catering businesses, and other HORECA establishments.
* Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through effective account management, new business acquisition, and upselling opportunities.
* Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and new business opportunities within the HORECA sector.
* Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance management to foster a high-achieving sales culture.
* Prepare and present compelling sales proposals, product demonstrations, and negotiate contracts to secure profitable business.
* Manage the sales pipeline effectively, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting on sales activities and performance metrics.
* Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and logistics teams to ensure seamless product delivery and exceptional customer satisfaction.
## Requirements
* A Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc.) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Marketing, Business Administration, or a closely related field is essential.
* A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in B2B sales, with a significant portion dedicated to the FMCG, food service, or hospitality industry.
* Demonstrated success in developing and executing strategic sales plans that have consistently met or exceeded targets.
* Proven ability to build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with HORECA clients at various levels.
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively.
* Strong leadership and team management capabilities, with a track record of inspiring and developing sales teams.
* Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales management tools to track performance and manage client interactions.
