Job Overview
Eta-Zuma Group W/A Limited is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Performance Officer to play a crucial role in monitoring, analyzing, and improving the operational and strategic performance across our various business units. This role is pivotal in ensuring that Eta-Zuma Group consistently achieves its objectives and maintains a competitive edge within the industry. The successful candidate will be instrumental in developing and implementing frameworks that drive efficiency, accountability, and sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop, implement, and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance metrics across all Eta-Zuma Group companies and departments.
* Monitor and analyze performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
* Prepare comprehensive performance reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management and stakeholders, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
* Collaborate with various departments to set performance targets aligned with the Group’s strategic goals.
* Conduct in-depth analysis of operational processes, identifying bottlenecks and inefficiencies, and proposing solutions for optimization.
* Support the development and implementation of performance improvement initiatives and projects.
* Facilitate performance review meetings, ensuring clear communication and understanding of performance expectations.
* Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in performance management.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field. A Master’s degree is an added advantage.
* Proven experience (minimum of 3-5 years) in a performance management, business analysis, or similar role.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
* Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
* A thorough understanding of performance frameworks and methodologies.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
