## Job Overview

Ruth and Roots is currently seeking to fill three crucial positions: Private Chef, Sales Representative / Marketer, and Customer Care Executive. These roles are integral to our operations, each contributing uniquely to our mission of providing outstanding experiences for our clientele. ## Key Responsibilities

**For Private Chef:**
* Plan, prepare, and present a diverse range of high-quality meals for private clients, catering to various dietary needs and preferences.
* Manage kitchen inventory, including ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and ensuring the freshest ingredients are utilized.
* Maintain impeccable standards of hygiene and safety in the kitchen environment, adhering to all food handling regulations.
* Develop innovative and creative menus, staying abreast of culinary trends and techniques.
* Effectively manage time and resources to ensure timely preparation and service of meals.
* Liaise directly with clients to understand their specific culinary requirements and preferences.
* Ensure all culinary equipment is clean, well-maintained, and in good working order.

**For Sales Representative / Marketer:**
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
* Identify and prospect new clients, building strong relationships and understanding their needs.
* Present company products and services persuasively, highlighting their unique value propositions.
* Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive engagement and excellent negotiation skills.
* Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
* Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status.

**For Customer Care Executive:**
* Provide exceptional customer service and support via various communication channels (phone, email, in-person).
