As a Floor Sales Executive, you will be the frontline ambassador for our brand, engaging directly with customers to understand their needs, showcase our innovative product offerings, and drive sales within our strategically located branches across Nigeria’s major cities. This role is pivotal to our mission of delivering exceptional customer experiences and solidifying our position as the go-to destination for home electronics.

## Key Responsibilities

* **Customer Engagement & Needs Assessment:** Actively greet and engage with customers entering the sales floor, building rapport and identifying their specific electronic product requirements and preferences.
* **Product Expertise & Demonstration:** Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of all products carried by SIMS Nigeria Limited, effectively demonstrating features, benefits, and technical specifications to potential buyers.
* **Sales Target Achievement:** Proactively work towards achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets through effective sales techniques and customer relationship management.
* **Solution Selling:** Recommend appropriate products and create tailored solutions based on customer needs, budgets, and desired outcomes, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering repeat business.
* **In-Store Merchandising & Presentation:** Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring products are well-displayed, adequately stocked, and accurately priced.
* **Point-of-Sale Operations:** Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system, including handling payments and ensuring all documentation is complete.
* **Customer Service Excellence:** Provide exceptional pre-sale and post-sale customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive and memorable shopping experience.
* **Market Feedback & Reporting:** Gather insights into customer feedback, competitor activities, and market trends, relaying this information to management to inform sales strategies and product development.

## Requirements

* Proven experience in a direct sales or customer-facing retail role, preferably within the electronics or home appliance sector.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate product benefits clearly and persuasively.
* A strong understanding of various electronic product categories and a genuine interest in technology.
* Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
* Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer applications.
* A customer-centric approach with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
* High school diploma or equivalent; further education or sales certifications are a plus.
