Job Overview
First Excelsia is seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Executive to join our growing team in Nigeria. The Marketing Executive will play a pivotal role in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance our brand visibility, generate leads, and support business development efforts. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for digital marketing, content creation, and market analysis, who can effectively communicate our value proposition to a diverse client base.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and events.
* Create compelling and engaging marketing collateral, including website content, blog posts, social media updates, case studies, and presentations.
* Manage and optimize the company’s social media presence, fostering community engagement and expanding our online reach.
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities, informing marketing strategies.
* Collaborate with the sales and consulting teams to develop targeted marketing initiatives that support lead generation and client acquisition.
* Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, utilizing data analytics to identify areas for improvement and optimize ROI.
* Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies as needed for marketing projects.
* Ensure all marketing materials and communications align with First Excelsia’s brand guidelines and messaging.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Proven experience in marketing, with a strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive and informative content.
* Proficiency in social media management tools, content management systems (CMS), and marketing analytics platforms.
* Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic marketing plans.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
