Job Description
Nkafamiya Rescue Mission (NRM) is inviting qualified suppliers to submit competitive bids for the supply of Alternative Care Items (NFI), IEC Materials, and Psychosocial Support (PSS) Materials in support of its “Building Resilient Communities – Strengthening Protection for Women and Children in Madagali LGA, Adamawa State” program. This is a full time, remote procurement opportunity for experienced suppliers with a proven track record in humanitarian and NGO project supply.

About Nkafamiya Rescue Mission (NRM)
NRM is an independent child rights organization dedicated to supporting vulnerable children and their communities. Since its registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC/IT/162160) on July 23rd, 2021, NRM has expanded its focus from conflict relief to post-conflict support, long-term community development, and emergency assistance across northeast Nigeria.

Eligibility Criteria
Suppliers must submit the following:
- Completed NRM Supplier Registration Form and Code of Conduct
- Company Profile and Certificate of Incorporation (CAC)
- Valid Tax Identification Number (TIN) and tax clearance certificate
- Evidence of past project execution similar to this tender
- Detailed quotation in Nigerian Naira, including 2% Withholding Tax (WHT)
- SCUML certificate or EFCC proof of request
- Reference letter from a reputable Nigerian bank
- Evidence of financial capacity and tax compliance for the past 2 years
Tender Evaluation and Award Process
Tenders will be evaluated based on:
- Compliance with NRM procurement terms
- Best value for money and unit price
- Adherence to technical specifications
- Quality and durability of items
- Delivery timelines
- Past experience with NGOs/UN agencies
- Operational office or shop presence
- Validity of quotation and adherence to payment terms
The evaluation process will follow these stages:
- Tender submission and closing
- Tender opening and administrative review
- Technical evaluation
- Financial evaluation
- Notification and contract award
Important: Any attempt to influence the evaluation committee will lead to immediate disqualification. Late submissions will not be considered.
