A Non-Governmental Organization, Community Health, Justice and Peace Initiative for Development (JDPH), has announced a Call for Expression of Interest (EOI) for vendors to supply agricultural inputs, homestead garden materials, and nutritional packages for a project in Adamawa State.

The project is funded by Cordaid and aims to support vulnerable households by improving agricultural productivity, promoting home gardening, and strengthening nutrition in local communities.

Purpose of the EOI

JDPH is seeking qualified individual vendors who can supply materials needed for project activities. Vendors who meet the requirements will later receive a Request for Quotation (RFQ) with detailed specifications for the items.

Farm Inputs

• Solar irrigation water pumping machine
• Water hoses (inlet and outlet)
• Maize
• Rice
• Improved onion seeds
• Knapsack sprayers
• Rakes
• Boots
• Hand gloves
• Hoes

Homestead Garden Supplies

• PICS bags
• Improved tomato seeds
• Improved potato seedlings

Nutritional Packages

• Soya beans
• Groundnut
• Corn
• Beans
• Millet
• Sugar

Eligibility

This opportunity is open to individual vendors capable of supplying the required items.

Applicants may have qualifications such as:

• BA/BSc/HND
• OND
• NCE
• SSCE or First School Leaving Certificate

Experience of 2 – 6 years in related supply or vendor services is expected.

2. Vendor Organizational Profile, including:
   • Years of experience
   • Past performance records
   • Previous locations where services were delivered
   • Organizations previously worked with
   • Explanation of how you qualify to provide the required services

Evaluation Process

1. Step 1 – EOI Review:
   Submitted applications will be reviewed by the evaluation team.
2. Step 2 – Request for Quotation (RFQ):
   Successful applicants will receive an RFQ containing detailed specifications of the required items.

Applications are evaluated on a rolling basis during the announcement period.
