A real estate company is currently recruiting for a Sales Executive in Abuja. This is a full-time onsite role for motivated professionals who are passionate about sales, client engagement, and revenue growth. The company is looking for someone who can actively generate leads, build strong relationships with clients, and close profitable deals.

Job Overview

The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving property sales, building long-term relationships with clients, and identifying new market opportunities. The ideal candidate should be confident in presentations, negotiations, and closing sales while consistently meeting targets.

Job Location

The role is based in Abuja, covering the following areas:

  • Karu
  • Gwarinpa
  • Guzape
  • Kubwa

Salary

  • ₦400,000 – ₦500,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy and Business Development

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets
  • Identify potential clients through networking, cold calling, and market research
  • Explore new market opportunities to expand the company’s customer base

Client Engagement and Sales Presentations

  • Conduct engaging sales presentations and property demonstrations for prospective clients
  • Prepare customized proposals and quotations that meet client needs
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals successfully

Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
  • Provide excellent customer service and ongoing support

Sales Reporting and Market Analysis

  • Track and report sales performance regularly
  • Monitor market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities

Team Collaboration and Professional Development

  • Work closely with the marketing team to align sales activities with marketing campaigns
  • Attend sales meetings, training programs, and networking events to improve skills

Requirements

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

Experience

  • 2 – 4 years of proven sales experience
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets

Skills

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong negotiation and closing ability
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
