Job Overview
The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting footwear products, achieving sales targets, and ensuring a satisfying in store experience for customers. This position requires confidence, product knowledge, and the ability to thrive in a fast paced retail setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend to walk in customers and provide professional product recommendations
- Drive daily and monthly sales targets through effective selling techniques
- Maintain up to date knowledge of sneaker brands, footwear styles, and market trends
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems
- Support inventory tracking and reporting processes
- Assist in visual merchandising and maintaining an attractive store layout
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- HND holders with relevant retail experience are encouraged to apply
Experience Requirements
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of retail sales experience
- Experience in footwear, sneakers, or athletic apparel retail is highly advantageous
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management systems is an added advantage
