Salary Range: ₦150,000 – ₦200,000 per month

Job Overview

The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting footwear products, achieving sales targets, and ensuring a satisfying in store experience for customers. This position requires confidence, product knowledge, and the ability to thrive in a fast paced retail setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend to walk in customers and provide professional product recommendations
  • Drive daily and monthly sales targets through effective selling techniques
  • Maintain up to date knowledge of sneaker brands, footwear styles, and market trends
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
  • Process transactions accurately using POS systems
  • Support inventory tracking and reporting processes
  • Assist in visual merchandising and maintaining an attractive store layout

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • HND holders with relevant retail experience are encouraged to apply

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of retail sales experience
  • Experience in footwear, sneakers, or athletic apparel retail is highly advantageous
  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management systems is an added advantage

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Good understanding of customer behavior and retail sales strategies
