Job Description
JC International, a leading provider of Training, Inspection, Asset Integrity Maintenance, and Pipeline & Process Services, is seeking a Business Development Executive – Training to join our team in Port Harcourt. This full-time onsite role focuses on driving sales and expanding the reach of our world-class Training division.

Key Responsibilities of the Business Development Executive – Training
As a Business Development Executive – Training, your core responsibilities will include:
- Driving revenue growth for the Training division through targeted sales strategies.
- Developing and implementing marketing and business development plans to increase client engagement.
- Maximizing the utilization of training facilities and assets through effective promotional activities.
- Registering client training requests to ensure accurate billing and invoicing.
- Ensuring timely renewal of training contracts and maintaining compliance with the training quality manual.
- Keeping the training facility auditable for clients and regulatory inspections at all times.
- Scheduling and conducting meetings, presentations, and consultations with prospective and existing clients.
- Maintaining existing accounts by following up on leads and promptly addressing client needs.
- Identifying and attending industry events, training exhibitions, and conferences to promote services.
- Establishing new client accounts and reactivating inactive accounts by understanding their training requirements.
- Collaborating with the digital marketing team to highlight the Training division’s offerings online.
- Preparing compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches for clients and regulators.
- Ensuring vendor registration and timely submission of training tenders with key clients.
Qualifications and Requirements
To succeed in this role, candidates must have:
- BSc, BA, or HND in any relevant discipline.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably within training or oil and gas sectors.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Experience with tender packaging and oil industry knowledge is a strong advantage.
