Job Summary

The Server and Waiter will be responsible for attending to customers, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guests have a pleasant dining experience. The role requires good communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to work well with kitchen and management teams.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service

• Welcome customers politely and assist them to their tables
• Attend to guests in a friendly and professional manner

Order Taking and Service

• Take food and drink orders accurately
• Serve meals and beverages promptly

Guest Experience Management

• Respond to customer requests and complaints professionally
• Ensure customer satisfaction at all times

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with kitchen staff and management
• Support smooth restaurant operations

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of ND or NCE qualification
• 1 to 3 years experience in a similar role is an added advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Skills and Personal Qualities

• Neat appearance and good personal hygiene
• Honest, punctual, and hardworking
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends

• Salary Range: ₦50,000 to ₦100,000 per month
