The Wheatbaker, a prestigious luxury boutique hotel known for excellence, discretion, and world class hospitality standards, is recruiting for a Personal Assistant Job to support the General Manager. This role is suited to a highly professional individual who performs confidently in a fast paced hospitality environment and understands the importance of confidentiality, efficiency, and operational precision.

The successful candidate will provide senior level administrative and operational support, act as a trusted liaison across departments, and ensure the smooth coordination of executive activities within the hotel.

Key Responsibilities of the Personal Assistant Job

Executive and Administrative Support

Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the General Manager, including managing schedules, correspondence, and daily priorities.

Coordination and Communication

Organize meetings, prepare documentation, follow up on action points, and serve as a central communication link between the General Manager and internal departments.

Operational Assistance

Support day to day operational requirements by ensuring timely information flow, effective coordination, and adherence to professional standards.

Confidentiality and Professional Conduct

Handle sensitive information with the highest level of discretion and maintain strict confidentiality at all times.

Key Requirements for the Personal Assistant Job

To be considered for this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:

Preferably female
Strong, firm, and highly professional disposition
Proven experience working closely with senior executives
Ability to manage confidential matters with discretion and sound judgment
Previous experience in a similar role is an added advantage
Must not be above 35 years of age
