We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our showroom team in Lekki. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about fashion, customer service, and sales, who thrive in a dynamic retail environment. As a Sales Executive, you will help clients find the perfect bespoke pieces while contributing to the growth and reputation of AMA Lagos.

Key Responsibilities

The Sales Executive will be responsible for:

  • Welcoming clients warmly and creating a positive showroom experience
  • Understanding customer needs and recommending suitable fashion pieces
  • Promoting bespoke fashion offerings and explaining product features clearly
  • Achieving sales targets using effective selling techniques
  • Upselling and cross-selling where appropriate
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-term customer relationships
  • Handling customer questions, concerns, and feedback professionally
  • Ensuring the showroom is clean, attractive, and well-organized
  • Maintaining accurate sales and customer records
  • Collaborating with team members to support daily operations

Qualifications and Skills

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 1 to 2 years of sales or customer service experience
  • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
  • Confidence in engaging clients and building trust
  • Proven ability to close sales and meet targets
  • Clear understanding of fashion products and services
  • Strong customer service mindset with problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment

Salary

  • Monthly salary ranges from N150,000 to N200,000
