IfeanHealth, a leading health technology and prosthetics organisation, is expanding its presence across Nigeria and West Africa. As part of our growing team in Sokoto, we are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our office.

Key Responsibilities
The Receptionist will play a vital role in ensuring visitors and clients receive exceptional service while supporting administrative functions. Responsibilities include:
- Greeting visitors and ensuring a warm, professional welcome
- Answering, screening, and directing incoming phone calls
- Responding to emails, messages, and general enquiries promptly
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and inviting reception area
- Scheduling appointments and managing meeting calendars efficiently
- Receiving, sorting, and distributing letters and other office documents
- Providing basic administrative and clerical support as needed
Qualifications and Skills
We are looking for candidates who are professional, organised, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates will have:
- Previous experience as a Receptionist or Front Desk Officer is an advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- A professional appearance and a positive, respectful attitude
Salary and Benefits
- Monthly salary ranges from N100,000 to N150,000
