Position: Graduate Intern – Strategy Insights & Planning Consultant
Location: Toronto, Canada

As a Strategy Insights & Planning Consultant Intern, you will support project teams in delivering high-quality solutions to clients while developing critical consulting skills in problem solving, analytics, and communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with project leadership to define project scope and develop effective approaches
- Execute project tasks, organize data, and coordinate team meetings to ensure progress
- Conduct issue analysis and formulate hypotheses on key client challenges
- Design and implement qualitative and quantitative analyses to test and evaluate hypotheses
- Synthesize findings into actionable recommendations and communicate results to clients and internal teams
- Contribute to innovation and thought leadership within projects and practice areas
- Participate in business development initiatives and internal firm activities
- Coach and support junior team members where applicable
Qualifications & Requirements
- Currently in the first year of an MBA program
- Bachelor’s (and often graduate) degree in business, economics, marketing, psychology, physical/life sciences, engineering, applied math, statistics, or related fields
- 3–5 years of pre-MBA work experience
- High motivation, maturity, and personal initiative
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent oral and written communication skills for effective interaction with senior decision makers
- Detail-oriented with a quality-focused mindset
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with creativity and innovation
- Client-focused and service oriented
