Role Overview

The Secretary / Personal Assistant to the CEO will provide critical administrative and executive support, ensuring smooth daily operations and effective management of the CEO’s schedule. This role requires discretion, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Support

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and meetings
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
  • Assist with document preparation, filing, and record-keeping

Administrative Support

  • Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for the CEO
  • Support day-to-day office administration and operations
  • Run official errands as required
  • Maintain strict confidentiality in all matters

Requirements

  • HND, OND, or Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field
  • Proven experience as a Secretary or Personal Assistant is preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and WhatsApp
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
  • Professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills
  • High level of trustworthiness and attention to detail
