About the Position
The Creative Strategist and Content Lead will guide the direction of all client and internal content initiatives. You will be responsible for shaping ideas, producing compelling written and visual content, and ensuring that every piece is aligned with client goals and optimized for search performance.
You will work closely with cross functional teams, including operations, design, web development, and client management, to deliver content that drives measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and Execute Content Strategies
You will build structured content plans for both client campaigns and Forward Push’s internal brand growth. This involves identifying themes, setting publishing priorities, and ensuring that all content supports marketing and business objectives.
Create High Quality Content Using AI and Your Own Writing
You will produce and refine a wide range of content, including blog articles, social media posts, website copy, video scripts, and case studies. While AI tools will support your workflow, your creativity and writing ability will be central to the final output.
Oversee Content Workflow and Delivery
You will manage content projects using ClickUp, making sure that every stage of production is organized and deadlines are met. Your role will be key in ensuring a smooth and efficient publishing pipeline.
Publish and Optimize Content for SEO
You will be responsible for uploading, formatting, and optimizing content to meet SEO standards. This includes improving readability, keyword alignment, and performance tracking.
Collaborate With Multiple Teams
You will coordinate with creative, operations, and client teams to ensure that all content meets brand standards and campaign requirements. Strong communication and teamwork will be essential in this role.
Candidate Requirements
Background in Content Strategy and Production
Applicants should have prior experience developing and executing content plans, as well as producing engaging written material across different formats and platforms.
Excellent Writing and Editing Skills
You should be a confident communicator with near native English proficiency. The ability to write clearly, edit effectively, and adapt tone for different audiences is required.
Comfort With AI Powered Content Creation
You should be experienced in using AI tools to support writing, research, and content development. Familiarity with building efficient AI driven workflows is highly valued.
Understanding of SEO and Performance Analysis
You should know how to optimize content for visibility and measure its effectiveness using analytics and performance insights.
