Job Description
The Institute for Climate and Sustainable Cities (ICSC) is a Philippine-based international non-government organization advancing fair climate policy and low-carbon, climate-resilient development. Engaged in the wider international climate and energy policy arena, particularly across Asia, ICSC is recognized for its contributions toward effective global climate action and the Paris Climate Agreement.
ICSC is inviting applications for multiple positions across its programs, including urban development, climate finance, mobility, and communications.
Finance Manager

Role Overview:
The Finance Manager will oversee financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and grant management. Reporting to the Administration and Finance Director and coordinating closely with the Accounting Manager, the role ensures financial compliance, strategic budgeting, and audit readiness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (CPA preferred)
- 10+ years in accounting/financial management, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role
- Experience in non-profit financial management preferred
- Knowledge of fund accounting, taxation, and GAAP
- Proficiency in accounting software (Netsuite) and Microsoft Office
