The Aig-Imoukhuede Foundation (AIF), a non-profit organization dedicated to transforming public service delivery and improving access to primary healthcare across Africa, is now accepting applications for its 2026 Graduate Internship Program. Founded in 2020 by Aigboje and Ofovwe Aig-Imoukhuede, AIF offers a high-impact ecosystem for graduates seeking professional growth, mentorship, and exposure to public sector transformation initiatives.

Programmes Intern – Consulting

Location: Abuja, Nigeria
Employment Type: Full Time
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (Second Class Upper desirable)

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Support the Consulting team in problem-solving for strategy, operations, or programme implementation
  • Take records at meetings, draft minutes, and track action points
  • Capture and document stakeholder, client, and partner needs
  • Conduct research and analysis on industry, stakeholders, and partners
  • Assist with organizational development, programme development, and advocacy initiatives
  • Manage the team’s knowledge repository and project documentation
  • Support data gathering, analysis, and presentation of findings
  • Perform additional duties related to Consulting team projects as assigned
