Gate Ventures is hiring an Investment Associate to help identify, evaluate, and execute strategic investments across the crypto ecosystem. You’ll research market trends, assess opportunities, manage deal flow end-to-end, and support VC and M&A activities.

What you’ll do at Gates Ventures

• Research crypto trends and emerging sectors
• Source and evaluate investment opportunities
• Manage deal flow, due diligence, and post-investment support
• Assist with strategic investments and M&A

What we’re looking for

• Strong crypto industry knowledge and passion
• 1–3 years in crypto VC, PE, M&A, or family office
• Excellent analytical skills and financial modeling (DCF, IRR)
• High integrity and strong English communication
