Role Overview

Metrix Finance is seeking a Web3 Full-Stack Developer to help design, build, and ship core product features end-to-end. This role is ideal for developers who enjoy ownership, moving fast, and working closely with engineers in a startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and ship full-stack features from database to frontend
• Integrate DeFi protocols for analytics, simulations, and position tracking
• Work with Web3 data sources, including APIs, RPCs, and subgraphs
• Improve application performance, UX, and reliability
• Collaborate closely with senior engineers on system design and code reviews

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in TypeScript / JavaScript
• Full-stack experience using:
  • Next.js
  • Tailwind CSS
  • PostgreSQL
  • Prisma
• Experience working with Web3 libraries such as:
  • Ethers.js
  • Web3.js
  • Viem
• Self-directed, proactive, and comfortable solving complex problems
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with smart contracts or subgraph development
• Active DeFi user with a solid technical or quantitative background
