Key Responsibilities

Create and Edit Video Content

You will edit both long-form and short-form videos designed for platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and paid advertising channels. The role involves transforming various types of footage, including talking-head videos, faceless recordings, and AI-generated clips, into attention-grabbing visual stories that drive engagement.

Integrate AI Tools for Enhanced Storytelling

A major part of this role is leveraging modern AI-powered platforms to improve video quality and narrative flow. You will work with tools such as HeyGen, ElevenLabs, Descript, and other emerging technologies to create dynamic, innovative video content that reflects the future of digital marketing.

Add Visual Effects and Branding Elements

You will incorporate motion graphics, animated text, and typography that align with each client’s brand identity. Your work will ensure videos are visually polished and consistent with brand standards across all campaigns.

Repurpose and Optimize Existing Content

You will take longer video materials and convert them into short, high-performing clips optimized for social media. This requires strong creative judgment and an understanding of what performs well on different digital platforms.

Manage Workflow and Deadlines

The Video Editor will handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting strict timelines. Collaboration with a remote creative team will be essential for delivering impactful content on schedule.

Requirements

Professional Experience

Applicants should have several years of hands-on video editing experience in a professional setting, along with a portfolio that showcases advanced editing work. Experience with AI-driven video content is required.

Technical Skills

Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro is essential. Knowledge of After Effects or similar animation software will be considered an advantage. Candidates should also have direct experience using AI-based video and voice generation tools.

Creative Abilities

You should demonstrate a refined sense of pacing, visual design, and storytelling. The ideal candidate can turn raw footage into compelling content that captures attention and communicates effectively.
