An excellent career opportunity currently exists for an experienced education professional to join the leadership team at EbeleChukwu Group of Schools. We are seeking a dedicated Vice School Principal to work on-site at our campus located in Nkpor, Anambra State. This full-time position offers a salary range of ₦150,000 to ₦200,000 per month and is ideal for someone passionate about shaping young minds and supporting academic excellence.

As a Vice School Principal at one of the fastest-growing school groups in southeastern Nigeria, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining high standards of cultural integrity and educational delivery. Your leadership will help create an environment where both students and staff can thrive.

Key Responsibilities of the Vice School Principal

The successful candidate will take on a variety of important duties that support the overall mission of the school. You will work closely with teachers, parents, and students to ensure a positive and productive learning atmosphere.

• Provide strong and supportive leadership to all stakeholders, fostering a peaceful and safe school environment.
• Oversee the daily supervision of school operations and manage teaching staff to maintain high performance.
• Work collaboratively to supervise and develop the curriculum, ensuring it meets National Curriculum requirements while aligning with the school’s core policies and values.
• Serve as a steward of learning, guiding both academic and cultural development within the school community.
• Assist in maintaining the highest standards of excellence across all aspects of school life.

Qualifications and Experience Required

To be considered for this Vice School Principal role, candidates must meet specific educational and professional criteria. We are looking for someone who combines academic knowledge with practical leadership experience.

• Hold a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or HND in Education.
• Possess an advanced degree or certification in educational leadership, which is a strict requirement for this position.
• Have at least four years of proven experience in school leadership.
• Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Show competency in using Microsoft applications and other survey technologies.
• Exhibit strong interpersonal abilities, exceptional organizational skills, and keen attention to detail.
• Be capable of working independently while also functioning effectively as part of a collaborative team.
• Maintain a positive, confident, and professional attitude in all interactions.
