Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the Kipaji Scholarship, applicants must:
- Meet all eligibility conditions for the University of Twente Scholarship (UTS).
- Hold citizenship of a DAC-listed developing country.
- First receive a partial UTS award (Kipaji then complements it).
- Demonstrate strong academic performance, including:
- Average grade 8.0 in a pre-master’s program (if applicable).
- Submit a motivation letter showing how their studies will:
- Contribute to scientific development, or
- Encourage entrepreneurial growth in their home country.

How to Apply for the Kipaji Scholarship 2026
Follow these steps:

2️⃣ Apply for the University of Twente Scholarship (UTS) and secure a partial award.
3️⃣ In your UTS motivation letter, indicate your interest in being considered for the Kipaji Scholarship.
