Assistant Community Liaison Office Coordinator

Job Overview

The Assistant Community Liaison Office Coordinator role supports the Community Liaison Office in delivering programs and services that enhance the wellbeing and morale of the embassy community. This position works closely with the CLO Coordinator and plays an active role in community engagement, communications, and event planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing community materials, programs, and advocacy plans

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Completion of at least two years of college or university education
  • Minimum of three years professional experience in administration, office management, customer service, program management, or public policy
  • Good understanding of the Foreign Service community and federal government structure
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to handle confidential matters
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast paced and high pressure environment
  • Experience in data collection and report writing
