We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Engineer to deliver post-launch support for Oracle-based systems. In this role, you will ensure system stability, resolve incidents efficiently, and provide reliable technical assistance to users while collaborating closely with engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide post-launch technical support, incident resolution, and user assistance
- Respond to technical issues, troubleshoot system errors, and escalate complex cases when required
- Work closely with engineering teams to diagnose and resolve root causes
- Monitor system performance, logs, and alerts to ensure platform stability
- Support system upgrades, patches, and data migrations
- Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and user guides
- Contribute to continuous improvement of support workflows and processes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in technical support, system operations, or application support
- Working knowledge of Java-based applications and relational databases
- Strong Linux skills, including log analysis and system troubleshooting
- Experience using monitoring tools such as Prometheus or similar platforms
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple issues effectively
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting cloud environments (AWS and/or Azure)
- Exposure to Oracle-based enterprise systems
