Job Description
The Women Techsters Bootcamp is an initiative by Tech4Dev designed to equip girls and women across Africa with in-demand digital and AI-enabled skills. The programme aims to bridge the gender gap in technology by providing accessible, hands-on training that helps participants start tech careers, upskill, or close knowledge gaps in emerging technologies.
The bootcamp is a three-week introductory training programme open to women aged 16 to 40, offering immersive learning across multiple high-growth tech tracks. Participants will gain practical experience using industry-relevant and AI-powered tools aligned with today’s digital workforce needs.
Available Learning Tracks
Participants can choose one of the following six high-demand technology tracks:
- Product Management
- Product Design
- Data Analysis
- Cybersecurity
- Software Development
- Technical Project Management

Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for the Women Techsters Bootcamp, applicants must:
- Be an African woman
- Be between 16 and 40 years old
- Have an interest in technology and digital skills development
