As we continue to scale, we are seeking a Talent Partner (Go To Market Recruitment) to help drive the growth of our commercial teams and support our next phase of expansion.
This role offers an opportunity to work closely with experienced recruiters in a high-growth Web3 environment, contributing directly to hiring impact across sales, marketing, partnerships, and revenue teams.

Key Responsibilities
As a Talent Partner focused on Go To Market hiring, you will:
- Support end-to-end recruitment delivery for GTM roles in collaboration with the GTM Talent Partner
- Source high-quality candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox, and internal talent pools
- Conduct structured screening interviews and assess candidate suitability
- Manage candidate pipelines and ensure accurate data within the ATS (Ashby)
- Use AI note-taking tools to capture structured interview feedback
- Maintain clear communication with hiring managers and candidates via Slack and other channels
Required Skills and Experience
- Proven experience hiring Go To Market roles, ideally within Web3 or crypto environments
- Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with recruiting partners
- Strong experience using ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and AI-powered recruitment tools
- Excellent communication skills with a high level of responsiveness
- Strong organisation, follow-through, and attention to detail
- Previous exposure to crypto or blockchain is an advantage
Contract Details
- Six month contract
- Fully remote position (UK only)
Interview Process
- Talent screening interview (45 minutes)
- First interview (30 minutes)
- Take-home assignment
- Final interview (45 minutes)
