We are seeking a skilled Supply Chain Manager to join our team in Victoria Island, Lagos. This role is crucial to ensuring that all outlets receive quality supplies on time, maintain optimal inventory levels, and operate efficiently across all locations.

Key Responsibilities

The Supply Chain Manager will oversee procurement, inventory, logistics, and vendor management. Responsibilities include:

• Planning and managing supply chain activities across all business locations
• Sourcing and purchasing food items, packaging materials, décor items, and operational supplies
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and service providers
• Negotiating pricing, delivery schedules, and service terms with vendors
• Monitoring stock levels in outlets and warehouses to prevent shortages or excess
• Coordinating transportation and deliveries for daily operations and special events
• Collaborating with kitchen, outlet, and event teams to forecast supply needs
• Tracking supplier performance, delivery accuracy, and product quality
• Reviewing supply data to improve processes and reduce costs
• Ensuring all items meet safety, quality, and regulatory standards
• Supporting new outlet openings and expansion projects with proper supply planning

Qualifications and Skills

Candidates should have the following qualifications and experience:

• B.Sc. or HND in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Professional certifications in supply chain or procurement are an advantage
• 4 to 5 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics roles
• Experience in food service, catering, production, or event operations is highly preferred
• Proven ability to manage supplies for multiple locations or high-volume operations
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
• Knowledge of inventory control and cost management principles
• Ability to plan, forecast, and coordinate logistics effectively
• Familiarity with supply chain or inventory management software

Salary

• Monthly salary: N250,000
