As a Marketing Manager, you will:
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement the annual UK brand plan and media strategy
- Partner with global creative agencies to produce culturally relevant, compelling campaigns across both ATL and BTL channels
- Lead end-to-end campaign planning, from insight-driven briefs and budget management to performance tracking and reporting
- Drive strategic “always-on” marketing initiatives across key channels
- Develop experiential guidelines to enhance seasonal campaigns and in-store activation
- Support commercial performance through integrated marketing strategies, driving sales and brand affinity
- Partner with social agencies to establish best practices, playbooks, and performance reporting frameworks

Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in marketing or advertising, ideally in large, multi-site organizations
- Agency and client-side experience, including digital, social, and experiential marketing
- Strong communication, strategic thinking, and creative problem-solving skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with agencies, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
