Key Responsibilities Prepare pastries, desserts, and baked items to high standards
Support the Head Chef in daily kitchen coordination
Maintain uniform taste, portion control, and plating quality
Supervise kitchen staff during assigned shifts
Follow HACCP and food safety procedures
Monitor ingredient preparation and stock availability
