Job Overview

ETHGlobal is seeking a Social Media Manager to own and grow the company’s social presence, promote events, hackathons, and products, and engage with the Ethereum developer and enthusiast community.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage ETHGlobal’s social channels (X, Farcaster, LinkedIn, Discord, Instagram, etc.)
• Write, schedule, and publish engaging content—from announcements to memes
• Provide live event coverage and coordinate community moments (Spaces, Discord calls)
• Track performance metrics and optimize content and X ads
• Stay up to date with crypto Twitter, Ethereum ecosystem trends, and relevant industry news

Qualifications and Requirements

• 1–3 years of social or community management experience (crypto/tech preferred)
• Strong copywriting and communication skills
• Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable owning social strategy
• Bonus: experience with developer communities or a content portfolio
