The Senior Human Resource Manager will support the Human Resources Director in driving people focused strategies, strengthening HR systems, and ensuring effective workforce planning and performance management across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the HR Director in planning, promoting, and implementing strategic human resource initiatives
• Execute recruitment plans, develop effective hiring channels, and manage the company talent pool
• Oversee monthly payroll processing and ensure timely salary payments
• Implement performance appraisal systems and employee incentive management plans
• Drive corporate culture initiatives and employee engagement activities
• Participate in the improvement of internal management systems and HR work processes
• Prepare the annual human resources budget and monitor proper budget implementation
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, internal policies, and regulatory requirements

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• A master’s degree or professional certification such as CIPM, SHRM CP, or PHR is an added advantage
• Strong knowledge of employment law, labor regulations, and HR policy compliance
• Proven analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to make data driven decisions
• Proficiency in HR software and systems for employee records, payroll, and performance tracking
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
