We are recruiting motivated Sales Representatives to support sales activities for one of our fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) clients. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, understanding customer needs, and growing a career in sales. The primary goal is to increase product sales, expand the customer base, and drive revenue growth across assigned locations, including Lekki (Lagos), Ibadan (Oyo), Osun, Ondo, and Ogun.

Key Responsibilities

• Research markets to understand customer needs, buying behaviour, and competitor activities
• Present and explain products to new and existing customers
• Promote and sell company products to achieve sales targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
• Provide basic sales reports and field feedback to management

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum of one year sales experience or a strong interest in pursuing a sales career
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic negotiation and persuasion skills
• Understanding of sales techniques and customer relationship practices
• Willingness to travel within assigned locations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other basic office tools
