This full time onsite opportunity is ideal for candidates who are confident, target oriented, and comfortable engaging customers both physically and online.

The Sales and Marketing Executive will play a key role in generating new business, managing leads, and meeting monthly revenue targets.

Salary Range: ₦50,000 – ₦100,000 per month

Job Summary

The Sales and Marketing Executive will manage showroom customer interactions, conduct field marketing to attract new clients, and follow up on digital sales leads. This role requires strong communication skills, confidence, and the ability to close both retail and bulk sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to walk in showroom customers and provide product guidance
• Generate new sales through field marketing to hotels, estates, offices, and other businesses
• Follow up on leads through WhatsApp, Instagram, and phone calls
• Identify and close bulk or wholesale sales opportunities
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
• Provide basic content support including simple product posts and customer updates
• Coordinate with the factory to confirm product availability when required

Requirements

• Minimum of OND, HND, or BSc qualification
• At least 2 years experience in sales or marketing
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Confident, presentable, and professional in appearance
• Self motivated and target driven
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms for business use including Instagram and WhatsApp Business
• Strong punctuality and work discipline
