We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our showroom team in Lekki. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about fashion, customer service, and sales, who thrive in a dynamic retail environment. As a Sales Executive, you will help clients find the perfect bespoke pieces while contributing to the growth and reputation of AMA Lagos.
Key Responsibilities
The Sales Executive will be responsible for:
- Welcoming clients warmly and creating a positive showroom experience
- Understanding customer needs and recommending suitable fashion pieces
- Promoting bespoke fashion offerings and explaining product features clearly
- Achieving sales targets using effective selling techniques
- Upselling and cross-selling where appropriate
- Building and maintaining strong, long-term customer relationships
- Handling customer questions, concerns, and feedback professionally
- Ensuring the showroom is clean, attractive, and well-organized
- Maintaining accurate sales and customer records
- Collaborating with team members to support daily operations
Qualifications and Skills
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Bachelor’s Degree with 1 to 2 years of sales or customer service experience
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
- Confidence in engaging clients and building trust
- Proven ability to close sales and meet targets
- Clear understanding of fashion products and services
- Strong customer service mindset with problem-solving abilities
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
Salary
- Monthly salary ranges from N150,000 to N200,000
