BP Logistix is seeking a commercially driven Sales Consultant (Logistics) to accelerate revenue growth through strategic business development, solution-based selling, and strong client relationship management.

This role is ideal for a sales professional with a solid understanding of logistics operations and the ability to translate client needs into value-driven supply chain solutions.

Role Overview

The Sales Consultant will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and selling BP Logistix’s end-to-end logistics services, including haulage, freight, last-mile delivery, and warehousing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth by prospecting, converting, and managing new and existing logistics clients
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through networking, referrals, client visits, and partnerships
  • Conduct detailed client needs assessments and propose tailored logistics solutions
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Negotiate commercial terms in line with company policies and profitability targets
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and repeat business
  • Collaborate with operations, customer service, and finance teams to ensure service delivery aligns with sales commitments
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM and internal reporting tools
  • Submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to management

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field
  • 4–6 years’ experience in sales or business development (logistics experience is a strong advantage)
  • Proven track record of closing deals and managing corporate clients
  • Strong understanding of logistics operations and pricing structures
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
