IL Bagno is hiring a refined and customer-focused Sales Consultant to represent its luxury bathroom and interior solutions brand at the Abuja showroom.

This role is suited for professionals who understand luxury retail standards and can confidently engage high-net-worth clients, architects, and property developers.

Role Summary

The Sales Consultant will deliver a premium showroom experience, provide expert product guidance, and drive revenue through consultative and relationship-based sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a world-class, personalised showroom experience to walk-in and scheduled clients
  • Understand client needs and recommend suitable luxury bathroom and interior solutions
  • Present product features, materials, and design concepts in line with premium brand standards
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and specifications, and follow up to close sales
  • Achieve and exceed individual and showroom sales targets
  • Build long-term relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, and developers
  • Participate in networking events, client visits, and industry engagements
  • Maintain accurate client records and ensure consistent follow-up for repeat business and referrals

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven experience in sales or business development
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Goal-driven with a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
  • CRM knowledge is an added advantage
