We’re hiring a UI/UX Designer to join our Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) team. In this role, you’ll collaborate with strategists and researchers to create high-impact designs that go live in real A/B experiments on high-traffic websites.

What You’ll Do

  • Design conversion-focused user interfaces for A/B testing experiments
  • Translate research insights and wireframes into persuasive, high-performing UI designs
  • Collaborate with CRO strategists, researchers, and internal teams throughout the design process
  • Create, maintain, and hand off scalable design systems using Figma
  • Iterate quickly based on performance data and testing results

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong UI design skills with a solid foundation in UX principles
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and responsive design best practices
  • Up-to-date understanding of UI/UX, CRO, and web optimization trends
  • Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Availability to overlap at least 4 hours with EST
