We are hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to research, qualify, and nurture high-value Web3 and AI prospects for our Business Development team.

Key Responsibilities
- Research, identify, and qualify Web3, AI, and Tier-1 crypto partners
- Run outbound outreach through Email, Telegram, LinkedIn, Discord, and X
- Use CRMs, databases, and automation tools to streamline prospecting
- Conduct discovery calls and hand off qualified opportunities to BD
- Track engagement, pipeline activity, and performance metrics in CRM
- Collaborate closely with Business Development, Sales, and Marketing teams
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in SDR or lead-generation roles
- Background in Web3, AI, crypto, or blockchain environments
- Strong knowledge of DeFi, DAOs, NFTs, wallets, exchanges, and L1/L2 networks
- Experience managing cold outreach and high-value leads
- Proficient with CRM tools and remote collaboration platforms
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, remote-first work style
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with Web3 communities and culture
- Experience using automation tools such as Zapier, Make, or n8n
