Decentraland is a decentralized, community-owned virtual world where people can create, explore, and connect without centralized control. As our ecosystem continues to grow, we’re looking for a Junior Product Designer to help shape and improve the mobile experience for users around the world.

Role Overview

As a Junior Product Designer, you’ll contribute to the design of intuitive and engaging mobile experiences within Decentraland. You’ll work closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers to transform user insights into thoughtful, usable, and visually compelling designs.

This role is ideal for an early-career designer who is passionate about mobile UX and excited by Web3, gaming, and virtual worlds.

Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive and engaging mobile user experiences
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and research teams throughout the design process
• Translate user research and insights into clear design solutions
• Create and refine wireframes, user flows, and high-quality UI designs
• Support the evolution of the mobile client with a strong focus on usability and delight

Requirements

• Strong interest in mobile product design and user experience
• Ability to turn research and feedback into meaningful design decisions
• Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
• Curiosity, ownership mindset, and attention to detail
• Passion for Web3, gaming, virtual worlds, or decentralized products
