Role Overview
As a Junior Multimedia Designer, you will support the creation of engaging multimedia content for digital, social, and print platforms, helping tell Tether’s brand story. You will work closely with senior designers and cross-functional teams, contributing to real projects while developing your creative and technical skills. Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute cross-platform visual projects under guidance from senior designers
- Take ownership of assigned tasks while demonstrating proactive communication and learning
- Deliver high-quality creative assets consistent with Tether’s brand and design standards
- Translate creative and strategic direction into digital and visual outputs
- Collaborate with designers, marketers, and stakeholders across projects
- Maintain visual consistency and quality across platforms and formats
- Explore new tools, styles, and AI-driven workflows to enhance creative capabilities
- Experiment with formats, effects, and techniques to create memorable content
Qualifications & Skills
Candidates should have:
- Initial experience or a strong portfolio demonstrating digital and print visual design
- Interest in and early experience with AI-driven design tools
- Basic to solid skills in video, motion, and multimedia design for web and social platforms
- Familiarity with web and landing page visual design and willingness to learn UX best practices
- Understanding of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
- Proficiency with industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects
- Curiosity, openness to feedback, and willingness to iterate
- Strong attention to detail and care for visual quality
