Role Overview

We are seeking a Junior FP&A Analyst to strengthen our financial reporting, cost management, and control environment. Reporting to the FP&A Manager, you will support the monthly close, maintain reconciliations across cash, revenues, and costs, validate PnL, and partner with commercial and operational teams to provide actionable insights in a fast-moving environment.

This is a newly created role ideal for individuals passionate about finance, digital assets, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

Core Financial and Product Control

• Manage monthly, quarterly, and yearly close processes across entities
• Prepare management accounts, product-level PnL, and internal reporting packs
• Perform reconciliations for fiat, crypto, revenues, trading volumes, and fees
• Validate revenues (PnL drivers, spreads, fees, funding, commissions)
• Investigate discrepancies with commercial and trading teams
• Maintain and enhance internal controls around financial reporting and product data

Revenue & Cost Management

• Collect, validate, and challenge revenue data from business units
• Track, verify, and analyze operating costs across departments
• Map and allocate revenues and costs to business units and cost centers
• Ensure accuracy in margins, profitability, and cost attribution

Business Partnering

• Act as a finance partner to commercial and operational teams
• Provide financial insights, variance analysis, and actionable recommendations
• Support budget vs. actual tracking and forecast updates
• Promote financial transparency and discipline across the organization

Process & Systems Improvement

• Streamline and automate finance processes and workflows
• Assist with ERP, reporting, and reconciliation tooling improvements
• Support ad-hoc financial analysis, deep dives, and special projects

Qualifications & Experience

• 2–4 years of experience in accounting, audit, FP&A, product or financial control
• Strong understanding of core accounting principles; Belgian GAAP knowledge is a plus
• Experience with monthly close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Proficient in Excel/Sheets; experience with ERP systems (Odoo, SAP, or similar)
• Familiarity with crypto concepts (wallets, transactions, revenue types) is a plus
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and readiness to collaborate with commercial and operational teams
• Based in the UK or European time zone
